Great find

Great hotel, breakfast good, great drinks and bar and looks fab

Our room was right next to reception. It was noisy and we could hear everyone walking past talking and doors slamming. It was a short stay so didn't bother changing rooms.

Experience of an old Italian vacation place.

The property is by the sea, good for families with children. Clean.

Sea quality is not good, therefore we did not swim. Property is very old, it reflects the 70’s. Very bad show at night. Tables are reserved for the whole stay, you cannot sit anywhere else. There are mosquitos, and premise do not supply mosquite defending appliance.

No snacks or food after lunch or before Only crisps. So if you miss lunch there isn’t anyway of getting food unless in town 15 min walk.

What was the highlight of AMASEA Resort

Nice hotel, but for the cost, not worth it in my opinion

When you walk into this hotel, it looks stunning. The front lobby is beautiful and the walkways to the rooms are surrounded by beautiful flowers and gardens. The hotel rooms look like little pueblos, which was cute. Although it was nice that you had a little beach and chairs available, it was very rocky and not somewhere we felt comfortable to swim, so we ended up driving to La Cinta beach each day. You were only a 5 minute (uphill) walk from the town center, which was nice.

For me, I wasn't to fond of our room. Although our room was large and spacious, there were spiders everywhere in our room. Dozens all over the walls, and some were on our bed. There were lots of webs and spiders in the top corners of the walls. That was not fun to worry about at night time. Additionally, while it was nice to have a small patio to sit outside, our patio door faced about 30 other rooms, and everyone could see inside our room. I kept seeing comments that this place was an all-inclusive hotel, but you had to pay when you got there to have a buffet lunch and dinner. The breakfast buffet was not the best I've been to. Additionally the bed was extremely hard and firm, felt like you were sleeping on a wood board.

Very nice modern, clean hotel with friendly staff!

The property had all the amenities you could ask for, it is really impressive. Our room was super clean and nicely furnished. The landscaping around the rooms is top notch, it was hugely impressive and makes for an improved overall experience. The staff were all super helpful.

The breakfast could’ve done with more variety. The pool towel situation is quite odd, having to pay for a new one seems quite unusual to me. We are surprised that the majority of guests were young families with small babies/children, so something to keep in mind.

Very Good

Great hotel restaurant, dinner is definitely recommended! Nice hotel beach and views to Tavolara Island. The most beautiful sardinian Beaches are near! Very cozy boongalo apartments.

The cleaning staff went to our room everyday, despite that we put out the “do not disturb” note. Lot of family with children in the hotel. Need to book table in the restaurant in advance to get the best views.

Good location and nice rooms.

It was a nice room with a spacious porch which we liked. The landscaping is beautiful. The pool is a bit small and close to the restaurant for the size of the resort so sitting by the pool isn’t super relaxing. Weird that if you book on booking.com you have to pay extra for towels. It was like 3 euros a towel but I don’t know why they don’t just include that in the price of the room. Breakfast was pretty decent but we wish there was more local fruit / vegetables available.

We didn’t realize the resort was so kid friendly as it didn’t seem so online. We probably would have booked a more boutique hotel if we’d known. Breakfast was quite loud with all the kids and families. So if you’re a family it would be great but for two couples not as much.

What was the highlight of AMASEA Resort

Beautiful location and clean

AMASEA is a very beautiful and clean resort. The pool and beach were fantastic. It was close enough to town that you could walk in but would recommend a car rental if you want to explore the island and other beaches more. The staff were nice and helpful, and the breakfast offered was good.

They charge you 3 Euros per beach towel per day which is actually outrageous if you are there for any longer than two days. They wouldn’t waive this fee even when asked. We were told there would be evening shows and entertainment and there were only a few people teaching dance lessons on stage. The music played through the resort was all copy right free covers and we did not enjoy listening at all. There were supposed to be daily activities and we saw activity teams but nothing going on except for children. That was disappointing. There were a lot of rules like not drinking next to the pool which was odd for a beach resort.

We had a great stay

Great location. Own private beach with sun umbrellas and sunbeds. Nice bar. Breakfast not great, but good enough. You can now order all kinds of coffee to the waiters during breakfast time. Walking distance to San Teodoro Spacious rooms. Staff at the reception was very kind.

What was the highlight of AMASEA Resort

Friendly staff, beautiful grounds, clear blue ocean!

This resort is nestled in a cove that makes you feel like you are the only people on that part of the island. It's very nicely laid out and has great amenities. The grounds are absolutely beautiful with many types of plants and flowers that are beautifully groomed. The room was a decent size and had a nice little fridge and the bathroom had a great shower.

The food seemed to be hit or miss at supper. Had 2 meals that were not cooked (seafood/pasta) and 2 meals that were incredible. The staff in the restaurant were excellent none the less. The bathroom overall was functional, but very small. The Toilet paper dispenser was literally right beside the toilet which made it awkward. There was no coffee in the room and the hair dryer they supplied did not work.

The Wasps at breakfast whilst eating outside was a bit annoying but not the hotels fault. The hotel had the most Beautiful view. Which was a brilliant start to the day . So all was good

Wonderful

Great location, only 10mins walk into the town San Teodoro. Only a few hundred yards onto the beach where the use of sun loungers are available free of charge. Rooms are great and comfortable and nice and clean. Great selection of food for breakfast also. Would recommend this property and is priced about right.

The food at the bar/restaurant is not good and is very over priced. This was the only downside to this hotel, so luckily there are a lot of other eating places just a short walk in San Teodoro. The selection of drinks at the bar on the other hand is very good. Just give the food there a miss.

Amazing location, 25-minute drive from Olbia airport. The hotel is a 10-minute walk into San Teodoro with a wonderful private beach. Modern bedrooms that are cleaned daily. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Overall good- but have stayed at Better properties in Sardinia . Larger hotel does not have personal touches and staff

Close to town. Comfortable room. On the beach as well which is great

Limited parking- at night hard to find spaces. Breakfast was ok- coffee from a machine not great and not working half the time. Breakfast items could be better. Pool a bit small. More for families with small kids

Wonderful place … highly recommended!

Beautiful location with good facilities. Nestled in lush well manicured gardens. Clean and very well kept. Pleasant room newly renovated.
